Three Anti-corruption Principles

1.Managers’ Engagement: Every manager shall guide and
supervise ethical practices among their subordinates and create a moral atmosphere in their organization.
2.Reject All Corrupt Acts: The company and all staff shall
                reject all forms of corruption.
3.Zero Tolerance for Corruption: We shall have no tolerance for
                any executive, employee, or
partner company that engages in corrupt acts.

In the case of anonymous reports, we investigate only specific and fact-checkable cases.

Do not make false reports for the purpose of slandering or defaming others.

E-reports are also available through the Online Whistle-blowing.

  • Reward to the Reporter

Reward of up to KRW 30 million for reporting on acts of receiving money, entertainment, or convenience by executives or employees

Reward of up to KRW 100 million if the report increases the company’s profits or reduces losses

Reward of up to KRW 100 million for reporting on a fraudulent financial report, embezzlement, or asset misappropriation
(However, the amount of the compensation is based on the internal standards and the decision of the report compensation review committee.)

  • Protection of the Reporter
