We at Hanwha Ocean have declared that we will achieve Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and are developing and implementing various greenhouse gas reduction measures based on our carbon neutral roadmap.

Hanwha Ocean is proactively responding to the global climate crisis by setting an intermediate target to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 40% by 2030.
It is establishing a countermeasure against potential risks caused by climate change but also analysing opportunities out of them. Hanwha Ocean is fully ready to manage and control value chain emissions, known as scope 3 emissions, as it measured every greenhouse gas emissions on its entire value chain, including its suppliers and clients.

Through identifying compliance and bribery risks in advance and controlling thereof, we acquired ISO 37301:2021 (compliance management systems) and ISO 37001:2016 (anti-bribery management systems) in May 2024.
